StrongBox Linux 1.0 beta 14
Stability, Security and Functionality
This release continues stability fixes, some extra security functionality,
and is working towards a new way of looking at StrongBox bundles. Important changes are the
rpmstrap and debootstrap functionality, which allow the automatic creation
of dynamic vservers. Also, unionfs is included in this release. The next
release will focus on adding unionfs based templates to StrongBox, to
allow a fully dynamic, template driven bundle system.
The other focus of the releasea was to make it completely self
bootstrapping, by adding a compiler, distcc, and more of the source code
directly within the distribution's addons
